Educated:     Malta, Hampshire, London School of Economics
                     Diploma in Industrial Relations 
Family:         Married to Fran with three grown up children
                     Fran and Andrew have lived in Cheshire for 30 years.
                     They bought their current home derelict in 1985 and rebuilt it themselves;
